Friendly an easy to work with

They do a great job on my cat. They are the only place that can handle her lol.

I was in need of a new groomer (was taking her to PetSmart) cuz my gal seemed to really hate going the last few visits. She would pull away when the groomer would take her from me, hop the gate, scratch at the door when i was leaving. I believed something happened or they weren’t treating her nicely. I seen this place online & it had good reviews that caught my attention. I stopped in to check the place out, get an estimate & get a feel of the vibe. Place is very cute & everyone was so nice so i booked! Lexi took care of my gal :) when i picked my Lela up she was so happy & looked so good. She was calm… when i picked Lela up from PetSmart she would pant & seem so anxious the whole car ride back home. Not after DTails!! she was calm, no panting, she wasn’t running to get out the building like she did with PetSmart. She has a little clipper nick on her belly but it happens. She’s had way worse from PetSmart. I would recommend this place for sure. It is a bit pricy but if my gal feels safe & calm, & i feel that TRUST with my dog in your care, i don’t mind paying the extra. Thanks Lexi!

Christy did an amazing job! He is not very good at grooming himself and he is not a fan of us brushing him. He was a hot mess and she made him look so handsome! I will be taking Ozzie to her from now on!❤️ Here are some before and after pictures!
